Is pricing the same in every city?+
Yes. Our session price is uniform across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. The only variable is therapist availability — most cities have 3–5 day pilot lead times.
How does the Employee-Pay model work?+
Employees book and pay for their own session via UPI on the QuicklyRelax app. HR pays nothing. We integrate with your office calendar, run sessions on-site, and HR gets a quarterly participation report. The /case-studies/employee-pay-whatfix page shows 17.5 months of real numbers from Whatfix.
Do session prices include therapist fees, materials, and travel?+
Yes — fully bundled. Therapists bring their own portable non-electric physiotherapy chair. No oils, no clothing change, no electricity required. No hidden fees.
Is there a minimum team size?+
For the free pilot, 30 employees minimum. For Company-Pay annual contracts, 50 employees. For Employee-Pay, no minimum — we run as long as bookings come in.
Can we mix 15-min and 30-min sessions?+
Yes. Most companies run a 80/20 mix (15-min reset for the masses, 30-min deep tissue for power users). At Whatfix, 30-min slots filled faster than 15-min ones.
What happens if a session is cancelled?+
Cancellations 24h+ before the session are free. Same-day cancellations are charged at 50%. Our cancellation rate across the program is 7.5% — well below industry norms.
