Same-Day Cancellations
- In the event that you need to cancel your muscle-therapy session on the scheduled day, a minimum cancellation fee of Rs 80 will be applicable.
- The remaining session amount will be refunded to you in the form of wallet balance credit, allowing you to enjoy our rejuvenating services in the future.

No Cancellation — No Refund
- If you choose not to cancel your appointment but do not avail yourself of the scheduled muscle-therapy session, no refund will be initiated.
- We encourage you to communicate any changes in your schedule promptly to ensure an optimal experience for you and to allow us to accommodate other clients.

Pre-scheduled Cancellations
- If you decide to cancel your muscle-therapy session on any day before the scheduled date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your consideration in notifying us in advance.
